Another day, another cheese-based scandal involving an employee of a West London football club.
Taken in isolation this probably wouldn't be news, but with it coming so soon after the
Felix Magath incident it's best to keep abreast of developments and be on the lookout for any emerging patterns. These things can escalate pretty quickly.
So what happened? Well after leaving a Tesco Express store in Weybridge, Surrey, Caulker was handcuffed by police and accused of not paying for a £1.85 tub of Philadelphia.
It turned out to just be a misunderstanding between staff, a claim backed up by a police statement that read; "It appears to have been a misunderstanding between the staff."
Hmmm, just gonna throw this out there...
But seriously, give the yellow stuff a wide berth, for the next few days at least. More hassle than it's worth.
