  West Brom head coach Steve Clrke has been given the bullet and it is a decision that truly baffles me. Clarke gave them an absolute thrill ride last season, one of the best in the club's history and now, all of a sudden, they have lost four in a row and he is out the door. I really think this is a decision that could bite the establishment at the club on the behind for a long time to come!!

  Did well to finish 8th last season but most of the points came in the 2012/ bit. Something like 31 points from 34 games in 2013 which is relegation form.
  
  So not as knee-jerk as it might seem results-wise, but I do think they stitched him up in the summer. If they'd have got the likes of Sinclair, Amalfitano and Sessegnon in early doors and had a proper pre-season with them they'd probably be higher up the table than they are now.
  
  It was all a bit of a last-minute panic in the end.

  I can see Briss is cut up about it and may need some consoling haha
  
  I knew a few West Brom fans and they are totally baffled by it, he was a victim of his own success it seems and yeah the form wasn't great but the general feeling was that he was taking the club in the right direction for longer term prosperity.
