Spike TV’s highly anticipated adaptation of Stephen King’s book The Mist has been given it's very own series and it looks to be packed full of blood, gore and jump-scares.

In the original story, which was previously adapted for the screen by Frank Darabont in 2007, a small Maine town is seduced by a dangerous mist that carries some horrifying creatures within it, and much of the action is localized to a mother and grocery shop. Obviously this series will expand on that premise though, it'd be a bit bloody dull otherwise. Check out the trailer.

The Mist is set to be released on Spike TV on 22nd June 2017

Thanks for posting the teaser trailer for this, ReedeFox. Will be giving this a looksee on its release. I really did kinda enjoy the..blimey was it back in 2007 that film adaptation with Thoas Jane was released..doesnt seem quite that long ago. I do recall enjoying that version of 'The Mist' (have never read the book though).

wow this looks really good and looks scary to, i can see myself jumping alot watching this movie judging by the trailer, i like that its very graphical like the walking dead, good post
