  The newly released first trailer The Last Jedi, or Episode 8 as it's also called.
  
  
  
  
  
  Short on plot details, in a good way. But delivers on some amazing teases of big moments from the film. Luke Skywalker is definitely back in a bigger way in this and that can only be a good thing. Slated for a December release as with Force Awakens.
  Can't wait for this.

  Really enjoyed The Force Awakens, so expecting bigger & better things from The Last Jedi, looks like Rae is undergoing training with Luke Skywalker, to unlock her full potential/power
  
  Hoping Finn is involved in some way, there was a shot of him still unconscious, so
  
  Apparently we'll see Emperor Snoke's true form as well

  Oh joy, seven months of youtube clips from the scary end of the internet where every little shadow is hyper analysed with everyone one of them coming up with a different half assed theory about what it all means.

  @outlaw Well the actors have all been very tight lipped, i assume because Disney has a sniper ready to take out the first actor that blabs anything. But there have been hints that Finn still has a decent part in this, despite the condition he was last seen in. The actors hinted at the Star Wars celebration that he and Poe have more scenes together in this one.
  
  @Friday Yeah i'm with you on that one, i mean i'm very much looking forward to this film. But not the numerous and repetitive theories that every hardcore fanboy thinks they are the first to think of. Think i saw the Snoke is Darth Plaugus (spelt wrong?) who was mentioned briefly in episode 3 theory about twenty times.

  Well, that was..anticlimactic lol. Gotta say, after that last instalment (you know..the remae of 'A New Hope' lol), i wasnt exactly doing backflips at the prospect of a trailer being released for the upcoming episode 8. To be fair though, suppose its only at the teaser stage (handy as thats pretty much all we got). Despite my critiscisms of the last instalment (and my continued refering to Kylo Ren as a waste of space in the villian dept), heck, this is Star Wars so regardless im gonna procure this on home release..i just dont feel compelled to part with cash at the cinema for it.

  Personally i think the view of Force Awakens being like a remake is exaggerated, yeah there are similarities but they had to recapture the fans that Lucas's, let's call them divisive prequels, lost. As a jump off point to continue it puts them in a good place though, they've reestablished the old characters and brought in new ones. Kylo Ren was a pretty good villain i thought and i'm sure he's likely to get more powerful (which they hinted at further training at the end of the 7th film).
