I love this show. Episode two continued the great start from episode one. The way they're juggling to two plots of Boba after he survived the Sarlac pit and Boba after he takes over from Bib Fortuna are great. Each one is really interesting in their own ways, one is like a classic Western and the other is like a crime thriller. Seeing Boba learn about life after he came so close to death and how that has now changed his point of view in present is a refreshing story. The train sequence was great action. The whole process of him getting his own Tuskan Raider stick was great, from the point of him inhaling a lizard, to the point of him creating the stick in a montage with a beautiful score in the background. The speed bike training scene was a great bit of levity. The plot in the present is just as good as the one in the past. The intrigue of who is trying to take Boba off the throne is brilliant. The scene with Jabba's cousins and their Wookie henchman was fantasticlly tense. I'm excite to see how they tie these two plots together, with who he could meet in the past, and also who will hold the throne at the end in the present. Faverau and Filoni overseeing the live action and animated TV shows is great combination that needs to continue for as long as possible, and has made me even more excited for the upcoming Star Wars TV shows like Kenobi and Ahsoka.
