If like me, you haven’t got a clue who Ena Matsuoka is - she’s a Japanese pop star who is part of the band Tenshitsukinukeniyomi. Wow, that’s a mouthful! It’s pretty standard that a big pop group would attract their fair share of super-fans and maybe the odd stalker but one fan took things to the extreme after he became obsessed with Ena.
26-year-old nutjob, Hibiki Sato, took his obsession with Ena way too far by actually zooming in on her eye ball in one of her Instagram photos and seeing the name of a train station reflected in it. He also tracked her videos that showed Ena’s curtains and noted how the lights shone through her windows. Then using Google Street View, Sato found the station’s exact location and waited there for Ena before following her home and assaulting her.
Thankfully police later arrested Sato and he admitted to attacking Ena. He is now awaiting sentencing. Let’s hope he gets banged up for a long time. What a fucking psycho! Although you can’t deny his impressive detective skills!
