hi im a new user and thought i would sign up and try out the free 5 minutes offer but every time i put the 4 digit pin it says i've already redeemed this offer even though it still says 5 mins on the website. i've been calling from the landline number from my landline. please help. -

if u have used the free 5 minutes before and u got another free 5 minutes offer it will say exactly what it said to u, but if u havent then u should contact support see if they can help u -

It's exactly as Dony says, if you've previously had an account on Firecall then the system won't issue you more free minutes. If you are brand new to the site and have never used free minutes ever then please drop me a PM so we can get it sorted for you. -
