Some fine ass'd roast potatoes.
Despite the odd heatwave, I can say it's been the best summer so far, plenty of rain doing and even feeling a bit of cold creep in today. Let's look on the bright side though, if the warm weather is leaving us that surely means that the week roast dinner will be appearing most Sundays for the foreseeable. My gift to you, the method I use to make the best roast potatoes.
