As subject. I'm supposedly subscribed as silver vip with auto renewal by sms.
My phone received the two chargeable sms's of £5 and £10 as usual, on 30/10 at 23:54 and 30/10 23:14 respectively. I also got confirmation of my subscription by sms on 30/10/17 .
But logged in here, It's not showing as billed or paid and of course I cannot access any vip services.
Please assist.

I don't know who to thank, but vip status was there when I logged on this morning, so thanks. . .
Or maybe it was just a rather long delay in the credit happening?
Might have been that there was not enough credit on my phone when the first SMS hit?
