  Interesting news for fans of the first Sin City the planned sequel is going to go into production soon(finally)

  As much as i liked the first one seems like that have waited a bit too long to make this, general interest won`t be as high because the first was out so long ago.

  They did the same thing with Hellboy 2 and that did ok from what i remember. It's easily as good as the fiorst one.

  It took me a while to buy into Sin City at first but at the end I realized what an amazing movie it was. Lets hope the second is the same as the first, plenty of violence, more Marv (its that's possible somehow lol) and lots more tits :D

  true there was a while between Hellboy and Hellboy Golden Army and that did do well, i suppose it mainly depends on how well they do the film, at least no one can say they rushed it into production,
  One minor issue they might have is if Shelley is supposed to be in it, since Brittany Murphy died they would have to recast which doesn`t always work so well.

  Shame about Sin City two is that it will not be able to feature the same people. I really did enjoy it and the strange mixture of film and cartoon was really good to watch . I for one may well take a chance and go andsee Sin Citty 2 when it comes out .

  It could feature some of the same actors and actresses, the story`s in the first weren`t linear and some occured before or during other story`s within the film, so it wouldn`t be out of the question for that to occur in the second one, although they couldn`t do that with all of the dead characters.
