SERIOUSLY DUDE, SNIFFING COKE ON THE TUBE???
I've seen some sights on the tube but never a suited bloke sniffing chang off his hand. That's pretty flippin brazen. Apparently he boasted to passengers that he “just likes taking it” and then started offering it to the other people on the carriage. At least he was sharing!
