Selective censoring/banning

I can't help but notice how selective the banning procedure is, if you bypass certain words, have seen random guys who didn't know the rules, say something once, then disappear never to be seen again
Then you get the ones who bypass the censors constantly, sometimes multiple times a day, & nothing happens to them
The report button is as much use as tits on a bull
