    The screen aspect ratio of the Roku app is incorrect, so the girls are not fully on screen.  Rolleyes

    Hi, I've had a look at this on our Roku and it's all fine for us.
    Is it still bad for you? Could have just been a hiccup by the production team maybe?

    Hi, Still same, on ALL the channels. Even deleted and reinstalled the app.

    Using Version 3.8, Build 320 of the app.

    Hi, would you be able to let us know which Roku device you are using? Also, if possible your viewing resolution (e.g. 720p, 1080p), so this can be looked into further?

    Hi, Using a Roku 3 device. Viewing resolution is 720p, also tried it in 1080p which it's still the same.

    Hello, in our testing everything appears to scale correctly. Could you check your tv scaling settings? Depending on your tv, this may be called "scaling", "picture size", "aspect ratio" or something similar. Often tvs will default to an automatic scaling mode, that is not always compatible with roku devices. If you could find this setting (it may be available from a button on your remote), and see if any of the available options fix the problem. If not, at least we can then rule this out.

    Hi, That's funny, already checked the scaling settings before and it was still the same. Anyway, tried all the scaling settings and still the same effect.  
    This only occurred since updating the app, the previous version had been scaled correctly.

    Hello.  There have been some changes made to the scaling code in the Roku channel, and a new version released.

    Could you please update, and see if this improves the situation for you.  Your channel should update automatically within the next 24 hours.  If you would like to update manually, on your Roku device go to Settings->System->System Update->Check Now, and the channel should be updated.

    The newest version is Version 4.0 - Build 1.  Hopefully these changes should fix the problem that you are undergoing.
