  Amazing actor - I watched Jumanji so many times when I was younger - might have to watch it again sometime.

  Sad day for a guy like that his demons must have plagued him beyond belief, Hope he finds solace wherever he is now.
  Remember watching him doing stand up when i was younger, always thought he was coked up because he went at 500 miles an hour! R.I.P.

  Was a real shame to hear about this. He was a great comedian but also great in some of his more serious films as well like One Hour Photo and Insomnia. Never really saw any of his stand up stuff but have heard plenty of people mentioning how funny it was.

  I'll be honest I thought he was a much better actor in his more serious roles than he was in his comedic ones. He was just over the type and loud in most of them, but he was actually brilliant in some of his more serious ones.

  Yeah i agree with you there rustee, he was a decent actor in the serious roles but his 'comedy' :s i just spent 2 days watching the first 5 mins of this :( it must all be ad libbed, theres no way you could write that then read it back and think it was good enough to go on stage with
