Whilst i wasnt waiting patiently for this (supposed) final instalment to become available on home release, it was on my 'to watch promptly after' metaphorical list. This came to pass the other day when this popped up and have got to say, despite a truck load of flaws..it was actually a pretty darn enjoyable ride. Sticking with much thhe same format as the previous films, this instalment seemed to have an even more linear, basic plot than the others..but that did mean it didnt have to bog itself down trying to be high brow, so it could just get busy with the noise..and boy, is their a lot of noise in this one. Despite a lack of urgency in certain situations, the occassional ropey bit of cgi and hardly an award winning script / dialogue this is frequently action packed and never gets boring. What more can you ask for from a film of this nature. Despite one long standing character in the series being done a particular disservice, this is actually a fun, popcorn fuelled ride. -

that was a good trailer i like what i saw, i hope it carries on from the last one on the boat with all those choppers coming at her, and im glad the kept the same girl to, ill let u know what i think of it when i see it -

Thats the thing Dony, whilst i recall enjoying all the previous installments of this (for the entertaining, popcorn munching fodder tht they are), honestly, other than the antics in the first couple of films, the events in the others are just kind of a blur to be honest..they all seem to, memory wise, blend into one. Without looking, asides from this instalment and the first 2 installments i couldnt honestly tell you how many there were between. I suspect, one wekend somewhere down the road, i'll dig em all out and watch em in order bak to back (thats a whole lot of Milla..no bad thing). -

im with u on that i really cant remember which one it was with mike epps in it, but i know that was my favorite out of all the resident evils, and thats a good idea i might do the same and watch from the start
