  fucking religious extremism is a curse on this planet twas fair enough that people need to believe in a almighty being or beings a 1000 years ago because people were ignorant back then but now science contradicts pretty much everything the bible says yet people still believe in something that was written 2000 years ago which in my mind is fucking stupid and childish but these fucking fanatics theres just no convincing them that there wrong because 'god' told them that they are right. those kind of people really piss me off and should just be shot

  wow, so your answer to religious extremists is to shot them, that's definitely a well thought out and considered opinion, not at all a extremist style view made all the more ironic by the fact this thread was clearly started as a means to post a funny picture, over a year and a half ago.
  
  i probably should point out that i'm in no way religious and if pushed would call myself agnostic.

  Science is based on FACT, and will change when new FACTs are discovered which prove its original theory wrong, they will change the original theory.
  Religion is based on IGNORING FACTs and will not change, no matter how many FACTs are discovered that prove the original theory wrong.
  
  If you went your whole life, not adapting to change, you would probably be homeless. It's amazing how religion has lasted so long.
  
  Although, if people want to believe that's fine, infact, Religion could be correct, and all the stuff like Dinosaur bones could just be a distraction planted by God to split the faithful from the faithless.
  
  The only problem I do have with religion is the political correctness associated with it.
  
  Just realised my post doesn't really have a point. Oh well. :D
