  i think the reason so many post here is because a lot of the time when you log into the forum you get redirected to this thread and so they just post in it. the reason you get redirected is a good one as it's designed so that you can't say you never knew the rules but unfortunately it means a lot of people who maybe haven't used a forum before or the few who are just trying to scam points post silly stuff in here.
  
  that being said i agree that fmr or someone should make it a closed thread and delete every post after his first one and just leave it that this is the topic you get when you log in
