after my last cam session the banner popped up saying I'd earned negative fourteen points, I only needed 13 for the 2000 points 500 free credits, little help?

I just got the 2000 points = to 500 credits but the 500 credits have not been added to my account.
Usually this was done instantly but taking forever or is this no longer available ??
