Rampant cams tip & Marni Moore tip goal

Hi guys.
I just tipped 30 gold on rampant cams but the stream of the lady disappeared straight away so I didn't see anything. The model MelanieDuque is now saying she didn't receive the tip but it has come out of my account.
Also earlier I tipped for a Marni Moore tip goal, she was on tv but went on to web to do it. As soon as the web stream went up it went down and vanished from the stream list and didn't come back so we didn't get so see anything.
Is there anything that can be done about either?
