  again that's not remotely close, think much older as far as when the program was on. i think it was only on for from bout 92 to 97 or so

  Ok i have no idea what program this is from but i figure i`ll just take a random guess and see how it goes, well here goes total shot in the dark will be very suprised if i`m right but is it from 3rd rock from the sun?
  i`ve seen that program alot of times but not recently so it could be and i just don`t remember it.

  92-97 - that was pretty much my TV watching heyday :D

  That clue helps me very little, i don`t actually know names of any xylophone players and i don`t know what any of them look like, so barring me by pure luck happening to see the show and quote on tv i`m not getting this one.

  i think you might kick yourself when it's revealed mate, as i think if someone told me to think of a xylophone player i wouldn't be able to name one but then if they said who i'm thinking of i would "of course, how did i not think of them" lol
