Today's games...
Sunderland v Newcastle 13:30
Poyet hadn't had long with the squad before his first game as Sunderland manager ended in defeat at Swansea last weekend. Is another 7 days enough to get them going? It'll need to be, this is their biggest game of this and any season. He'll have Ki Sung-Yeung available again and Wes Brown could play in his first competitive fixture since January of last year.
Alan Pardew will be under a bit of pressure to get a result too of course, but rather than run away scared it looks as though he'll send Newcastle out with 3 strikers in the team today. Steven Taylor and Fabricio Coloccini could return but Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa serves a one-game ban.
Chelsea v Man City 16:00
This is quite a big one as well. Both sides have improved of late and the winner here will lay down a serious marker in the title race. Jose Mourinho should be able to call on Ashley Cole after injury and will need t pick between Gary Cahill and David Luiz to partner John Terry in defence, Fernando Torres should start after impressing against Schalke in midweek.
Still no Kompany or Demichelis for City so Javi Garcia looks set to continue at the back. Dangerous.
Tottenham v Hull 16:00
Andre Villas Boas will likely make several changes to the side that played Thursday night in the Europa, with Paulinho, Andros Townsend and Kyle Walker set to return. Danny Rose and Younes Kaboul are still injured though.
Hull are without the injured Allan McGregor, Danny Graham, Sone Aluko and Robbie Brady while Jake Livermore is ineligible to play against his parent club.
Swansea v West Ham 16:00
Ashley Williams and Pablo Hernandez could return for the Swans after missing the last few weeks, but Ben Davies remains sidelined as Michael Laudrup looks to build on last weekend's home win over Sunderland.
Could be another 4-6-0 for West Ham today. It worked so well against Spurs, not so much against Man City but Sam Allardyce has little choice with Andy Carroll still injured and Carlton Cole not yet match-fit. James Collins, Alou Diarra and George McCartney are also absent.
