Torres is out apparently after injuring his groin in the warm-up? I doubt that will change the outcome of the game much but will need a last minute re-think of his tactics I imagine.
HALF TIME: Chelsea 0-0 Tottenham
Chances but no goals, can't see it ending up this way. 7/2 if you still fancy >2.5 goals. -

Samuel Eto'o who started because of Torres's injury gets the scoring under in the 56th minute, and it's not long to wait for that lead to be doubled as Samuel Eto'o goes over under a challenge from Younes Kaboul right in front goal, the ref points to the spot and Eden Hazard puts it away.
Should have taken that >2.5 goals at HT, still 25 minutes to go...
and there's the 3rd goal, Demba Ba in the 88th.... Hang on though, he's only gone and got a 4th as well two minutes later.... and it was all looking promising for Spurs at Half Time...
FULL TIME: Chelsea 4-0 Tottenham
That's pretty much put paid to Spurs hope of a top 4 place, and cements Chelsea at the top with a 7pt lead (until tomorrow anyway), although Man City does have 3 games in hand, but you gotta win them haven't you...... -

All FA Cup today...
Sheff Utd v Charlton 12:00 (FA Cup)
United have won 8 on the spin and look well placed to see off this struggling Charlton side, despite being a division below them. 6/5 for the home win is possibly a touch short but worth a place on your acca at least. The -1 at 16/5 is tempting too.
Prediction: 3-1 (20/1)
Hull v Sunderland 14:00 (FA Cup)
Hull are supposed to win all their home games 1-0, but last weekend they lost 4-1 to Newcastle. I don’t know what to believe any more, especially when they’re up against a Sunderland side who love a cup run and played pretty well against City in the final of the other one. Jelavic and Long both being cup-tied won’t help either. Away win (13/5), just, and fewer than 1.5 goals at 13/8 might be worth a go too.
Prediction: 0-1 (15/2)
Man City v Wigan 16:05 (FA Cup)
As ever, we’re battling against the assumption that City will go and score 5 or 6. They’ll obviously win, but Wigan with a +2 at 29/20 looks safe enough, and have a think about City not scoring 3+ at EVS.
Prediction: 2-0 (11/2)

I'm going for a double with Hull vs Sunderland BTTS (@Ev) and Sergio Aguero - To Score at Anytime (@1/2) in the Man City / Wigan match up, which ends up a 2/1 dabble, worth a fiver.

HT: Hull 0-0 Sunderland A missed penalty from Hull, easily saved by Oscar Ustari. They all best get a move on in the 2nd half for my BTTS!!!
At last - GOALLLLL - Curtis Davies in the 68th minute puts Hull 1-0 up...
Did I say 1-0, make that 2-0 as David Meyler makes more misery for Sunderland, still time for my BTTS to come through....
Ahem, make that 3-0, Matty Fryatt pretty much wraps it up for Hull....
Time for a consolation goal perhaps!!! No it's all over and my double goes down in flames...

I was out in Manchester yesterday. Loads of City fans about before the game, they seemed in pretty good spirits too.
