PRANKSTERS PULL PEOPLE PANTS DOWN IN THE STREET
Just when you thought the art of pantsing was dead, some guys decide to go and revive it by offering prize money to random guys who can put their arms through opposite sleeves and get out of it in a certain amount of time. ah, a good old pantsing makes me laugh just as much now as it did when I was a teen. Although there seems to be a bit more dick involved than I remember.
