We have now updated the point system so that it automatically redeems your points every wednesday.

This should hopefully result in less spammers getting away with coming on, spamming, redeeming, and spending their credit before an admin has chance to ban them.

Also, please remember to report posts that you deem as spam or inappropriate, as this makes spam and the like much easier for us admins to find.

Hopefully this doesn't cause anyone any inconvenience, and we hope you all continue to use this awesome forum, and continue to earn yourselves amazing free minutes to use on our shows.

Hi, my points haven't been added as credit this week, any reason why?

Might just be going through slowly this week, mine cleared this morning even though is normally on a Wednesday.

Hi mint, I had to resort to a live chat session about it as nothing had happened for anyone so they ran the redemption tool and low and behold they are all on their new, big thanks to the chap on live chat for sorting it

Thanks to you and the guy on livechat then, sounds like it might not have auto-resolved itself and we'd have been left treading water and 'sans' points otherwise.

so does this mean that as i have 10 points now next wednesday i will get a free min because i have earned 10 points could someone clarify that as i am not sure how this point system works still ?
