Points lost!!

Hi
WOnder if anyone can help.
I had points to redeem but out of no where it has gone down to zero. It was suggested that i may have redeemed them. But as i do not have/know my log in details to redeem them and and ensure that isnt the case.
Any idea's were my points have gone.
