SATURDAY
Newcastle v Liverpool 12:45
11/4 for the home win sort of looks like amazing value given Newcastle's recent upturn in form. It's definitely a better shout than Liverpool at EVS, but they're still way too unpredictable to call it with any confidence. If forced, i'd probably take the draw (13/5) but i'm not, so i'll leave it. EVS on under 2.5 goals looks a decent shout though, and in the scorers it'll have to be Sterling, 7/4 any time.
Prediction: 1-1 (13/2)
Arsenal v Burnley
The Gunners have drawn far too many this season, but they should just about be able to cope with Burnley at home. At 2/7 outright we'll have to go handicaps, though 9/5 on the -2 seems reasonable, and realistic enough. To nil looks nailed on as well, not amazing value at 10/11 but easy money, you'd imagine. Got to be Sanchez in the scorers, he's 10/3 to get the first and 9/2 for 2 or more.
Prediction: 3-0 (15/2)
Chelsea v QPR
Similar story here to the game at the Emirates, though at 2/11 outright Chelsea are even shorter. It looks as though Costa will start so there's no reason why they can't overcome the -3 (3/1). As for the man himself, he's 11/4 to get 2 or more, and 14/1 for a hat-trick. Don't rule it out.
Prediction: 4-0 (9/1)
Everton v Swansea
Swansea picked up a much-needed win against Leicester last week, but the Toffees look to be playing themselves in to a bit of form. They're 7/10 for the win outright and home advantage should see them through. Lukaku and Eto'o are doing well in particular, and 7/2 and 9/2 respectively to score first. Take your pick.
Prediction: 2-1 (15/2)
Hull v Southampton
On the one hand I'm thinking draw (5/2) but on the other, Southampton don't look like conceding and Graziano Pelle's scoring for fun. 21/20 for the away win outright is probably a touch optimistic but you can't argue with 9/4 on them winning to nil. Speaking of the Italian, he's 9/2 to score first. Do that.
Prediction: 0-2 (9/1)
Leicester v West Brom
When West Brom are at home to teams slightly better than them, they draw. When West Brom are away to teams slightly worse than them, they draw. So the draw, 12/5. Saido Berahino's on fire at the moment and 15/8 any time. Do that.
Prediction: 2-2 (14/1)
Stoke v West Ham
The draw's 12/5 on this one too. Despite West Ham's form at the minute the Britannia is a 'difficult place to go', so they'd probably take it. Just as long as Sakho scores mind, 15/8 any time. Deja vu.
Prediction: 2-2 (16/1)
SUNDAY
Man City v Man Utd 13:30
City'll be up for this one, surely? Imagine the pressure on Pellegrini if they lose! I would wheel out the 'form goes out the window' line but that'd probably favour City at the moment, and I fancy United. They're 3/1 outright as well, which is pretty decent value. Aguero's 8/11 any time (no ta) and Falcao's injured. In that case it'll have to be Van Persie, and 2/1 any time there ain't bad either.
Prediction: 1-2 (12/1)
Aston Villa v Tottenham 16:00
Villa have lost their last 5, scoring none and shipping 13 in the process. Terrible form, but it's got to end somewhere, and what better opportunity to arrest the slide than a home match against a struggling Spurs side who aren't exactly scoring for fun either? The draw's 5/2 but let's bypass that and go straight for the
0-0 - 9/1.
MONDAY
Crystal Palace v Sunderland 20:00
There's only a point between them in the table but that doesn't even tell half the story. Palace will be confident, and it's a bit of a surprise to see them the right side of odds-on (11/10) for the win. The only reason you should leave that off your acca is if you don't fancy waiting until Monday night for your payout. No-one really stands out in the scorers but Frazier Campbell's most likely at 7/4 any time.
