  Oh hell no. On further researching series 5 of Person of Interest, not only are there plans to stick it on Netflix way before even regular tv in the states (god know when we will get it in the uk) but also that the next season may be its last. Its still an incredibly popular show but, despite that, theres talk of season 5 only having 13 episodes and that bringing the show to a close. I hope thats not the case otherwise yet another firm family favourite bites it (and yet all the crap that just keeps going and going on tv..grr, pisses me off).

  Quick update for all the Person of Interest fans out there. According to recent reports the show will not kick off its 5th season (its 13 episode season..grrr) until summer 2016. Seems like an awful long time between 4 finishing and 5 starting. Speculation though is that it wont have as much competition then so this may help boost its supposed flagging ratings.

  Well the sad news has been confirmed. Season 5 of person of interest will indeed be it's last. To further stick the boot in its gonna be a 13 episode final season. Another fantastic show bites the dust (and before its time in my opinion). The fifth season starts in the states early May this year.

  As theres no way i was gonna wait for channel 5 to pull its head out of its ass and get a shifty on with the final seaon of this and as its now finished its final seaon in the states, i have downloaded it and made a start. Obviously im gonna refrain from posting spoilers but suffice to say that i know the purpose of the 13 episode final seaon is to tie things up but theres something up with the show, it seems to have lost some of its spark. Doesnt help that the format has changed from the victim or perp of the week formula with the core story as well to pretty much just focussing on the core story. I dont dislike this seaon so far but with the exception of the most recent episode watched (episode 4), its been pretty average. Im not gonna lose faith yet though.

  Three more episodes watched last night leaving only 6 episodes to watch and then its 'Goodbye, Person Of Interest sob'. Thankfully things have improved considerably over those few episodes largely because they were moore of a return to the classic format (even managed to chuck in a little comedy during one of the episodes which was a nice touch). Gonna crack back on with this tomorrow.

  Cant believe have only got 3 episodes of this to go and then its goodbye forever Person of Interest. Any early niggles with the final season have long been swept away thank to a season that is just getting better and better. It sucks not being able to comment on specifics as the show has not aired in the uk yet but suffice to say fans are in for a treat. Think im gonna have to finish things up with this tonight.

  Well folks, thats it. Polished of the final episodes last night. RIght, heres who lives and who dies..nah, almost had ya..wouldnt dare post those kinda spoilers. Episodes 11 and 12 were very, very good. The final episode though im not to sure about. While the final ever episode was enjoyable, i dont know, the tie up at the end with the surviving members of the cast felt rushed..was hoping for a more indepth look at what they had moved onto. A minor niggle about a great show finale, a show that by myself and many, many others will be greatly missed. Stopped before its time.
