    Hi,
    For PassionXXX, I'm currently only seeing the 'register now' trailer. However, I believe I should have 24 hours or so left of my existing subscription.

    Even if I don't have that day left, there does not seem to be any way to renew.
    Within my account billing page there is a green button to cancel, but nothing with which to renew. on the channel page, the usual subscribe buttons above the movie section is just black space.

    Oddly, on a different device, using my usual chrome browser has the same issue, but if I switch to firefox it works. Weird

    It stopped working on a zbox and an HP laptop. Both using Ubuntu Linux and Chrome. These are the same devices I always use..
    I did try the usual Logging out, Clearing cookies and cache and even reset my router to get a new IP address. All to no avail.
    Firefox on the laptop was OK throughout.

    Chrome Version 67.0.3396.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) fails

    Firefox Quantum 69.0.1 (64-bit) works

    Situation still the same.

    Hi, my subscription just renewed as expected.
    However, I still cannot view passiexxx with chrome and just see the 'please register trailer.'

    This is still not working on two different devices running Ubuntu Linux and Chrome. Both devices were working fine up to about 25 sept but both now only show the 'register now trailer' as though I'm not logged in. I've not knowingly changed anything in the setup of either.
    Have tried clearing cookies and content etc. Changed connection IP address. All to no avail.

    Meanwhile, I tried my real windows PC and a windows virtual pc under Linux VMware and those worked fine.

    Please assist as my subscription is pretty useless in this state.
