It hasn't worked at any time I looked in tonight and it isn't working now. All I get is fragmented bits of audio and a black screen.

It's still snafu, just in a different way.
I get a stream on passiexxx. log in and the 60 seconds timer goes away as it should... but within about two minutes, I get the still image that tells me I need to subscribe. I am bloody subscribed.
Please guys, sort this... It's hardly a new problem.
Meanwhile, you have idiots in chat again, trolling. Though I doubt that's whats bringing the site down at the moment.

We have tested the system by impersonating your account and have not found an issue. We left it running for around 30 minutes on 2 different browsers. Can you please tell me what device and what browser you are using?

Thanks for trying to investigate. It is appreciated. I can understand and believe that you encountered a 'No fault found' situation. Indeed, not long after I made my post, the stream was working again. But there are problems and it's been as intermittent as hell lately.

It was working this afternoon, and is working for me right now. I suppose that's the nature of an intermittent problem.

Please understand that I have a history working on a helpdesk in application and desktop support. I try not to whinge, and before I did post here to say it wasn't working, I tried the obvious things like using an alternative device, alternative browsers. I sometimes try an alternative connection, but none was available to me yesterday. And yes. I do restart and isolate devices.

That's a mix of Windows 7, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04. First browser of choice is Chrome, but when it's not working, I usually try Firefox or IE before pestering you. Windows 7 is on a slower, dedicated pc, and I don't pester you if that's the only one to fail, because I understand its limitations. That said, it is the first machine to show when service is degraded, such as when the spammer was mucking around with cut and paste.

I have found that the intermittent problems are worse on late Friday and Saturday night, and recently, the chat spammer issue was causing my lower spec pc to have adobe seize up, My higher spec machine just stuttered a bit with the spammer issue. Thanks for trying to deal with that issue too, by the way.

So, for now. No fault found. Let's hope it holds up.

edit. Good morning. 09:00 saturday morning and still no stream for passiexxx. Just a black box and the words telling me I may not share or record the stream. Other streams ok. Tried on multiple devices all with same symptom.
