b/g hardcore especially has to be difficult with the way the calls actually happen. it's usually a guy calling for like a few minutes, imagine a girl doing her 7-8 or whatever hour shift - she'll need a guy who can stay hard that whole time and be ready to do hardcore herself lol, i think not
of course they COULD do like dedicated hardcore slots, like for 30mins, 60mins whatever, like in exchange for points/minutes for example to get in and then whatever the charge is to call in...
