Cant really help with your question tho as i dont really know how to upload pics and videos but if you ask one of the administrators or moderators im sure thye will know exactly what to do. If u join VIP then you can use the express answer thread which i know from experience gives a much faster reply then just posting on this thread.

i think they stopped stuff from dailymotion as for the rampant tube vids just copy the html link i think or the one that says forum sharing as for taking caps its easy anyone can do it just enter in the search bar how to cap and a few threads will appear
