It's a shame. The days of Tore Andre Flo signing for Rangers seem a long, long time ago.
Now you've got Gary Hooper considering a move to QPR, presumably thinking that Championship football would be a step up. I like how Celtic are going about things lately though. Good scouting, picking up bargains and turning a decent profit. Wanyama to Southampton for £12m being a prime example.
