  who knows maybe it could be a good movie if only for the reason that it WON'T really be a video game movie because the need for speed games don't really have a story so they'll need to make one and in the end then it'll just be a "car movie" not a "need for speed movie"
  
  either way i'm sure it'll be better than Doom lol

  I'll probably be watching it, and you might be right the fact that it's more a car movie and not a 'need for speed movie' is probably in it's favour (a film done totally true to any of the games would be nothing but driving for an hour with no story or narrative to connect them together). I doubt any game film could be worse than Doom, that was a terrible film.

  Aaron Paul is an epic actor for sure, the guy delivered time and time again in Breaking Bad but this film just does nothing for me in any way shape or form. I.... just don't get it!
  
  Why do they want the Need for Speed franchise attached to it anyway? Isn't it better to do a free standing driving/action film with it's own plot than carry the stigma of being yet another video game adaptation (even worse a video game that has no plot)?

  I like very much Need for speed games and i hope of see a beautiful film about this games.. I had see the trailer and the film promising!!I think that this film will take place more or less on the same track of how it is done fast and furious..There are also a nice cast of actors: Aaron Paul,Dakota Johnson,Imogen Poots and Michael Keaton
