When I try using the free credits (as a test before going VIP) by calling the toll-free number and entering the 4-digit pin number, I get a message that my phone is blocked and I need to use another one.

Why is it blocked?

It worked one time, but I didn't know the other 3-digit number so hung up and was charged 50 seconds without being directed to any girl.


Not happy.
