  it's a bit of a guess, but with the clue of it's british, i'm going to say lock,stock... although i could imagine it being said in any one of four films. so if that's wrong i'll just go through the list lol

  ok, i guess that rules out layer cake as well as i think that's guy ritchie. the only other british film i can think of, i'm not even sure if it's actually british or was just set here is 51st state

  I checked it out and according to IMDb that is a British film.
  
  It's also the correct answer. It's what Sean Pertwee says to the guy who kills Rickey Tomlinson's character by dropping the cargo container he's strapped to the underside of after being told to put him down.
