  The latest one hundred videos uploaded cannot be watched by me and have a blank thumbnail. However, people keep recording still, so I assume that some people can play them despite my problem with them. I notice the odd one has even been given a star rating, which certainly seems to suggest this.
  
  If they are playable for some, I would be interested to know what platform and media they are using, as everything I have tried, laptop, phone and TV are unanimous in saying that the file type is not supported.

  none of the newest videos dated today are working..neither are yesterdays or the day before that, and have been like this for a past 5days..

  When the staff return to work tomorrow, hopefully this will be looked at again. A fix was being applied to cure the issue of recordings disappearing without trace but it seems to have only had the effect of stopping all recordings from working now.
  
  I certainly hope that fixing this issue is a top priority next week.

  Nice to see the thread hijacked by the Russian spam team with god knows what they are trying to promote or sell. Hopefully admin will look at this thread and remove the spam.
