  Hey guys and gals, 
  
  For some reason most videos are not working.
  
  Some videos work, but most of them are not working

  Hi Ali, can you please link me to a few vids that aren't working for you? Also could you please tell me what system and browser you are using?

  Here is a link of a video not woring.
  
  Most of the older videos are working
  
  If the issue was with the browser than non of them should be working. 
  
  Even some of the new ones are working.

  I agree, newer videos aren't working. The thumbnail for each new video shows as a non-existent file and if you click on the link, nothing is shown in the flash player. Sample link https://videos.rampant.tv/videos/the-god...61469.html

  This issue has been going on since last weekend. I have raised it in a couple of threads and have sent a PM to all the Rampant staff as well. I raised it in VIP Express Support also with links to videos that work and those that don't don't. By contrast I am using Windows 8 as opposed to linuxrocks who has the same issue with Windows 10, so operating system is not the sole reason.
  
  FantasticMR responded last Thursday to say that he was looking into it now, but as everyone can still see, the issue is as bad as ever. Being the weekend I doubt there will be any change now until next week at the very earliest. 
  
  I have now lost a week's worth of VIP benefit by not being able to record videos, seeing as it is the only reason I became a VIP in the first place. I do hope we do not have to wait much longer before a fix is applied.

  It starting working yesterday, now it has again stopped working.

  I know. Unfortunately, it stopped as soon as I rang Daisy and had a very long conversation with her, recording 3 hot videos in the process. I was very disappointed to see that all of them were unplayable as has every single video since.
  
  I cannot understand why they cannot sort this IT issue out. It has been temperamental for over a year now and has just got worse not better. As it happened last month and got resolved, I find it strange that a ready made solution is not to hand this time. 
  
  I don't even watch the shows any more, despite my VIP status, since I have been unable to record them. Seems pointless to me paying for VIP if i cannot utilise its major benefit to me.

  Sack em all, always complaints never fixed So many threads recently stating problems .I feel sorry for you so loyal but not listened to.
