Most Difficult Game You`ve Played

What`s the most challenging game you`ve played? old or new could be an ancient game.
For me has to be Heart Of Darkness which was on the PSone (a sort of adventure/horror like game, not sure how to describe it), it took ridiculous amounts of timing and was totally unforgiving, the funniest thing is that it`s age was 3+ when it was way too difficult for anyone that age lol.
Anyone else?
