  Basically what films do you find to be the most mind numbingly boring films, films?
  
  For me it would have to be the film that inspired this thread that i had the misfortune of watching last night,
  and that was Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, seriously a warning to everyone don`t waste two hours of your life on this film, it`s coma inducingly boring, i stopped caring about what happened about an hour in, and i never fall asleep during films but i was fighting to stay awake during this.

  Oh my god, yes! I went to watch that film when it came out and I thought it was gonna be a classic. But it seemed to be moving in slow motion for pretty much the whole film. I stopped caring after a while too. I can't even remember what happened at the end, I think I nodded off.
  Classic case of 'great star cast, rubbish film'.

  one of most boring films ive saw a few yrs was the one with i think denzil washington plays a partial blind guy story set in the future where most books have been burnts.it was so boring i wouldnt have watchd it if there wasnt any action in the film.so boring i cant even remember the name of the film Johnjrambo

  as you i dont just sit here all the time chatting or typing about girls.new film im interested that i had infomation before i left twitter. prometheous is alien 5 if you dont know now.I have waited a long time since the last alien movie,alien ressurection in 1997.It been over 12 yrs.Let us hope it will be an 18 rated movie and not 15 like predators.When yor over age of 30 u get quite pissed off with not many 18 films at cinema. trailers are on you tube n various other web sites,or they are on twitter and facebook.
  Next is the expendables2 in summer now the latest infomation i have seen on comingsoon.net is ratd pg13 which means here a 15ratd.the story has all the original cast including arnold with action scenes and chuck norris and jeancladude vandamme.check websites or youtube for trailers.Apparently stallone is trying to sign up the 'the rock' aswell. i hope rambo5 will be made in 2013 with a prequel to his charactor training at fort bragg n then going to vietnam,flying gunships,tanks and becoming the 1 man army after all his army buddies were killed Johnjrambo

  the most boring film that i have ever seen has to be i think it is called the electric mist that stars tommy lee jones me and my brother sat there and watched it and was like after it finished what the hell is this

  I went to watch a film called "the hero" a few years ago. It was a foreign film (Japanese I think). It was in the same mould of Crouching tiger hidden dragon. Lots of amazing fight sequences and incredible scenery. But I couldn't make sense of it. It was too stylised for me. It's the only film I've ever walked out of the cinema to this day.

  I can honestly say I've never walked out of a film, or been so bored as to stop watching one, think I've made good film choices over the years! I never really like sunday afternoon matinee films though, they all seem to have the same lighting, setting and actors.

  Wolf Creek, a horror that is boring. And that's a big thing to say about a horror but honestly just a poor script, with mediocre actors/actresses running about longest 1:30 minutes of my life.

  Few years back at the time i paid like nearly £20 (for the tickets alone) to go and watch "Nick and Norah's infinite playlist" with my girlfriend at the time. and it was by far the worst film i have ever watched in my life complete rip off and a huge let down, it can't have been just me hating it as a guy cause i never said a word and she said she hated it too and started slating it before i did haha. The whole film was supposed to be some romantic love story but as far as i could tell mostly centred around a piece of chewing gum that never got thrown away...

  I saw the trailers for that one, never had the urge to see it, if it`s the one i am thinking it`s that one with Michael Cera in and my not wanting to see it was a mixture of the fact that i find him deeply annoying and the film looked genuinely terrible.

  Yeah mate thats the one. You made the right choice cause it was so terrible the memory and pain of sitting through it will never leave my side for the rest of my life.
  
  I didn't mind him in Superbad but i guess the hilarity of others in that film far outweighed his input...
