MOBILE PHONE AD IS BANNED - GETS LOADS MORE ATTENTION AS A RESULT

I'd never even heard of the KAZAM Tornado 348 (world's thinnest smart phone apparently), let alone seen the advert in question, but in an undoubted victory for the people who complain about these sorts of things, its banning has achieved what the original campaign couldn't.
In delivering their verdict, the Advertising Standards Authority noted that “much of the ad focused entirely on the actor in her underwear, including scenes that featured several close-up shots that lingered over her breasts, buttocks and lips, which we considered were sexually suggestive.
“Additionally, this was heightened by the suggestive nature of the music and voiceover and further reinforced because the focus on the woman bore no relevance to the advertised product.”
I for one am outraged. Whatever you do, don't watch it...
