Because babestation is broadcast on national tv. It's against the law as there is nothing stopping children or underage people viewing the channel.

National Law is an Arse... and to be fair if Children are up and watching channels after 11pm the parents should take responsibility for that... and also most of the technology nowadays have parental control functions and all sorts of things... its a nanny state it really is.... not only that- most kids have smartphones and their own computers- or know enough to bypass the parental controls the internet is vast and wide :P

yea softcore channel 5 fridays, those were the days lol. to be fair though if the girls were to get naked on these channels it would be a lot less softcore than anything else avaiable on tv lol.
