Being a lover, not a fighter, I'm not the biggest fan of MMA, but even I had to appreciate the insane move Tywan Claxton unleashed on Jonny Bonilla-Bowman on Friday night.

The video shows Tywan Claxton and Jonny Bonilla-Bowman in the first round at Bellator 186 on Friday. The fighers were only 90-seconds in when Claxton lands a flying knee to the face of Bonilla-Bowman, that knocked him out before he even hit the ground. Pretty impressive stuff! Take a look:

Bonilla-Bowman is going to need more than two ibuprfen to sort out that headache!
