I redeemed 20 posts to make £1.50 balance on my account then i topped up £10 pounds to make £11.50 but i go to call and all it says is dialing and then goes back to start call any ideas im trying to do it on the pc microphone any help guys would be appreciated xx

And when it did work because i changed to internet explorer, i rang once half my credit went because it wouldnt let me click the number 1, and when i tried the second time it froze and wouldnt let me click out of the phone call now im down to 0, has this happened with anyone else? or is this my fault? someone please help xx

check your settings goto the live feed put your cursor over the live feed and right click then select settings and it will load a box up , click on the icon that looks like a monitor with an eye in it and make sure its set to allow
