short answer is yes. you can redeem points at any point once you have over 10 and it makes no difference if you already have points in your account or if it's empty when you redeem them, they'll just be added ontop of what's there, and you can use them as you wish i.e if you had 40 in your account you could make one call that uses all of them, or 4 calls that use 10 each etc... etc..
and please use the search feature in future as all that info is already on the forum in a few different places
