  Agree with you duke and there should be no question of a refund being made if you do not receive the service you have paid for.  As for Minny this is the second  time she has promised something and not forfilled the promise Amy should have a word with her as she is a bad girl

  Minny does show it all in pervcam, but as suggested it's best to wait until she is in the office chair - on the main set it's more awkward for them to do it and I think only experienced girls like Amy can do it right. As for Apple, as GrandDuke has written, she is newly back and in addition to figuring out all the new stuff, when she was on a few years ago, there was no pervcam and the girls didn't have to show anything at any time, even during the one night hour (4-5 am) only a couple of girls would flash.   tony I caught most of the incident this morning, and I had the same question as mark: did she tell you she wouldn't take it off, or is it possible she was teasing you to extend the minutes before doing it?   sorry covkid.
