This poor dude has spent years dragging his monstrous sized nuts around after a mystery condition left him with balls as huge as a space hopper.



Forence Owiti Opiyo, from Kibigori in Kenya, went to the doctors back in 2006 after a cyst appeared on his genitals. He had the cyst removed but it grew back with a vengeance and wouldn't stop growing. It grew so large that Forence had to drop out of school as he struggled to walk. Forence said:

This thing started very small, like a boil. Then it was the size of my fist. It just continued to grow bigger and bigger.
It was operated on and they removed it. They did some tests and found out it was had not been fully removed but I could not come back due to the post-election violence and I stayed home.
I finished my medicine but it continued to grow. I was supposed to come for a second operation but we could raise the money we needed.

Poor guy. I can't imagine lugging that giant growth around. Here's the video of Forence and amazingly, he's a pretty happy fellow:



It's nice to see Forence get the much needed surgery. Now he can go and get himself all the fanny his heart desires.
