Ha, those Argies have always been mental. I spent some time in Ushuaia a few years back and the 2 big clubs then, Boca Jrs and River Plate fans where almost riot like. Every time they played, the lads would be up and down the roads in their pick ups, banging on their drums, trumpets and whatever else, honking horns, shouting, swearing and so on and so forth...
I received the honour of being presented with a national Argie side footie shirt on leaving, mind I went to great pains to tell all I was WELSH not English, even so I got funny looks from some people there... and the best of all the one hotel I was in, overlooked the celebrations they were having on Los Malvinas day!!! Needless to say I pissed off and climbed the Martial Glacier that day...
