Thoughts? Think he didn't pay it because hes done with the sport now? I'd love to see him fight again

To be honest he said after the Pacquiao fight that he was going to relinquishes all of his titles anyway because he had all of the belts apart from the IBF, which our very own Kell Brook holds. He said something along the lines of wanting to give other fighters in the division a chance to win a world title as he is retiring in September.
