Remember the dude who cut off his ears and nose to look like a living skull? Well now he wants to remove his genitals so he can turn himself into a full living skeleton.
22-year-old Erick Hincapie Ramirez, from Colombia, began transforming his body after his mother died 10 years ago, and now prefers to be called ‘Kalaca Skull’.
He said that his body modifications were a tribute to his mother, which is slightly bizarre considering he admitted that his mum hated skulls. After Erick had his ears and nose cut off, he started thinking about what else he could hack away.
Speaking to a reporter from Los Informantes, Erick said it’s his fantasy is to remove his genitals so he can become ‘totally flat’ like a skeleton. Oh FFS! He also says he feels most comfortable in cemeteries. Could this dude be anymore of a cringe warrior?! Speaking of the meaning behind his transformation, he said:

I mean yeah, but you wouldn’t catch me cutting my incredible tits off. You do you, man! I’ll just be over here with my ears and nose intact. -

Did he cut his nose and ears off or did he get a doctor to do it for him? Because in all seriousness if a doctor is agreeing to that kind of thing then they have no place being a doctor. -

@HappyGoLukey I would generally agree with you. But it is Columbia and some googling, sharp tools and money go a surprisingly long way. Most likely no official doctors involved.
