That's a pretty damn good window if you ask me! Though i'm very disappointed with giving Welbeck to Arsenal.

One good thing to come from Welbeck leaving is Wilson making the jump up to fourth choice striker. Falcao, van Persie, Rooney, Wilson. He can learn a heck of a lot from those three!

As previously thought, Varela has indeed gone on loan to Real Madrid. Ridiculous when you consider how little options we have at right(wing)back. Not sure if there's an option to buy but I bloody hope not.

Think that's the B team though spud, or Castilla, not Real proper.

It is, but it's still connected to Real A and any option to buy would be for Real A. Speaking of which i'm hearing they do indeed have an option to buy at £5m. Urgh.
